National Day Celebration

Happy 43rd National day! Today we celebrated National day in the school, and it was pretty cool... Except for the part that the secondary 1's (8th graders) had to play Captain's ball! Which is sort'a like a kiddie game...

For those who don't know what captain's ball is, it is a game where there would be a guy or girl (Called the captain), standin' within a circle and his teammates will try and pass the ball to their own captain without moving when they have the ball. So, technically, it's like basketball...

But, there's like, a really BIG downslide to these games and stuff... The preparation to the games and the games itself were tearing the class apart... Everybody was like, either not happy or cryin'.... I was like, "Oh, god! Just get this over with!..."

Then, we got a beating, or should I say, a trashing, from the other teams and soon enough, we were out of the game... And we had 2 teams!

Finally, we had the National day celebrations with the 'games' awards and stuff, and then, at the grand finale, most of the students just went crazy, stood up and just ran around in the class, celebrating...

It was pretty cool, because you rarely get to go crazy in school... Not without the teachers all over your backs and the 'detention' methods...
Finally, I'd like to congradulate the opening of the Beijing Olympics 2008!
